Gafcon update: Charles Raven, Membership Development Secretary at Gafcon will be at our Evening Service 19 Nov. Simon will interview him about the place and importance of Gafcon in the midst of the current challenges

Christmas Craft Events: Ladies are invited to join us for drinks & pastries followed by some Christmas crafts to make and to hear a short talk on how Jesus makes a difference. £6.50. Fri 1 Dec 7.30-9.45pm or Sat 2 Dec 10.00am-12.15pm. Tickets on sale after services, at WBS or from Fiona Rose-Price frp2@hotmail.co.uk

Book of the term: The Greatest Gift by Paul Williams available from from the bookstall, £1 per copy.

Grounds maintenance. Sat December 2, 9.30 to 12pm. Tea & coffee provided. Bring secateurs, brooms, sheers, saws, loppers & spades if you can. If you can take prunings to the recycle centre after the session, this would helpl. Call Mark Robertson 07971 944959 for more info.

Shoebox Warehouse: The warehouse will be at Alphington Community Centre, 72, Church Road, Alphington, EX2 8TA on weekdays from November 15 to 22 - 10am. to 4.30pm,  and on Saturday, November 18 - 10am. to 1pm.  Volunteers to help check, sort and pack are welcome. More info = Phil Clarke on 01392 466572.  If you plan to visit next Saturday Nov 18, car parking should be available in Myrtle Close, Aldens Road and Fairfield Road. We also have permission to park, for unloading only, in the car park of the New Inn (next to the Community Centre) between 10a.m. and 11.30a.m. on Saturday morning. If needed, trolleys will be available in the Centre. Thanks to all who have contributed.

Angel Tree: Spend some time to think of the children whose fathers are in prison. £15 will provide  a present to a father’s child this Christmas. Parking on Sundays:  We have permission to use County Hall Car Park on Sundays. It takes just under 10 minutes to walk from there to Church.
