Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all in perfect unity.” Colossians 3:12-14 (NIV)
As a church we are not going to get everything right.
We want to be committed to following Christ’s example of humility and forgiveness through the challenges, disagreements and sins that present themselves in our relationships as a church. However, there will be some issues where concerns and complaints need addressing through more formal processes. Please see below for more information about how these can be raised appropriately.
If you have a concern about the safety of a child or vulnerable adult or the actions of someone working with children or vulnerable adults, please visit our Safeguarding page.
If you have a concern or complaint relating to a member of the clergy or another licensed or commissioned minister, please see the guidance on the Diocesan website.
For all other complaints, please see our Complaints policy.
If you have any other concern that you wish to raise that you do not feel is covered by any of the above, please speak to or email the churchwardens.
